Oil Containment Booms
Description
Eсoservice Oil offers sorbent booms that can be successfully used for the containment and elimination in cases of emergency oil/oil products leakages.
High sorption properties of sorbing booms are achieved by using a sorbing material, the sorption capacity of which is up to 18 kg (depending on the viscosity of the collected oil / oil products).
The buoyancy of the sorbing booms is ensured by the “core” of expanded polyethylene. This design of the sorbent booms ensures their long-term buoyancy after being completely saturated with oil.
Sorbent booms are produced in the following modifications:

- Sections 5m long with a diameter of 10cm;
- Sections 5m long with a diameter of 20cm;
- Sections 10m long with a diameter of 10cm;
- Sections 10m long and 20cm in diameter.
The dimensions of the sections of the sorbing booms can be different at the request of the Customer.
