Spill Response Kit

 Eсoservice Oil offers equipment that can be successfully used in the containment and elimination of the consequences of leaks of small volumes of oil/oil products – “Spill Response Kit”.
 The Spill Response Kit can be used successfully:

• for localization and elimination of spills of oil products at filling stations;
• at pumping stations pumping oil / oil products;
• on river and sea vessels transporting oil / oil products;
• at other industrial facilities where emergency and chronic leaks of oil / oil products are possible.

 Sorbent products of the “Spill Response Kit” are made of sorbent material, for which there is a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion.
 The maximum (one-time) sorption capacity of the total stock of all sorbent materials of the  “Spill Response Kit” of the standard configuration for one cycle is at least 350 kg (for oil / oil products).
 The weight of the “Spill Response Kit” of the standard set is no more than 70 kg.
 Configuration of the “Spill Response Kit” can be changed by the wish of the Customer.

• Mobile container (volume not less than 600 liters) – 1 pc;
• Absorbing “minibones” (L = 150 cm, d = 10 cm) – 10 pcs. Sorption capacity of one “minibon” for one cycle – not less than 6.5 kg of oil / oil products. The number of effective cycles “sorption – regeneration (extraction)” – not less than 3*);
• Two-layer sorbing “napkin” (40 x 80 cm) – 50 pcs. Sorption capacity of the “napkin” for one cycle is not less than 2.5 kg of oil / oil products. The number of effective cycles “sorption – regeneration (extraction)” – not less than 3*);
• Two-layer sorbing “napkin” (40 x 40 cm) – 50 pcs. Sorption capacity of the “napkin” for one cycle is not less than 1.2 kg of oil / oil products. The number of effective cycles “sorption – regeneration (extraction)” – not less than 3*);
• Bag for collecting waste sorbent materials – 10 pcs;
• Protective gloves – 5 pairs;
• Safety glasses – 1 pc.

* taking into account the use of a special squeezing device (OMU-1), which is also supplied by our company (not included in the “Spill Response Kit” delivery set).
