Description
The “Zaslon-Sorb” series absorbing oil booms manufactured by company «Ecoservice Oil» are designed for efficient containment of oil, petroleum products and other pollutants spilled over water surface. The offered oil booms are effective to use as for efficient containment of oil, petroleum products and other pollutants spilled over water surface as for recovery of pollutants without use of specialized oil recovery equipment.
The “Zaslon-Sorb” series oil boom cover is made of two-sided PVC or PVC+ polyurethane coating polymer-tissue fabric. These materials are perfectly resistant to oil, gasoline, mineral oil, sea water and ultraviolet influence.
The oil boom is painted in yellow, orange and red.
Floating units of “Zaslon-Sorb” series oil boom have cylindrical or flat shape and are made of elastic foam polyethylene.
Oil boom absorbing units are fit with reuse absorbing product. One 10-metres oil boom section consists of 5 absorbing units.
Absorbing capacity of one 10-metres “Zaslon-Sorb” series oil boom section is 30 to 50 kg of oil/petroleum product. Absorbing oil saturated elements regeneration is carried out in wringing.
Acceptable number of effective cycles “absorption-regeneration” for one “Zaslon-Sorb” absorbing section amounts to at least 10 times.
All connectors of “Zaslon-Sorb” series oil booms are made from anodized aluminum and designed as Z-shaped quick connecting clamps.
The “Zaslon-Sorb” series oil boom section length is of 10-20 m.
The “Zaslon-Sorb” series oil booms are effective at the velocity of the flow up to 1,5 m/s.
Storage and operation ambient temperature recommended for “Zaslon-Sorb” series oil booms should be within the range from -30°С to + 60°С.
