Eсoservice Oil offers equipment that can be successfully used in the containment and elimination of the consequences of leaks of small volumes of oil/oil products – “Spill Response Kit”.
The Spill Response Kit can be used successfully:

for localization and elimination of spills of oil products at filling stations;
at pumping stations pumping oil / oil products;
on river and sea vessels transporting oil / oil products;
at other industrial facilities where emergency and chronic leaks of oil / oil products are possible.

Sorbent products of the “Spill Response Kit” are made of sorbent material, for which there is a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion.
The maximum (one-time) sorption capacity of the total stock of all sorbent materials of the “Spill Response Kit” of the standard configuration for one cycle is at least 350 kg (for oil / oil products).
The weight of the “Spill Response Kit” of the standard set is no more than 70 kg.
Configuration of the “Spill Response Kit” can be changed by the wish of the Customer.

Two-layer sorbing “napkin” (40 x 40 cm) – 50 pcs. Sorption capacity of the “napkin” for one cycle is not less than 1.2 kg of oil / oil products. The number of effective cycles “sorption – regeneration (extraction)” – not less than 3*);

Company «Ecoservice Oil» offers portable heating installation.
The installation set is good for heating skimmed oil in cold weather conditions and also for increasing fluidity of skimmed high-viscous oil. Moreover the portable heating installation is indispensable when independent heating system needed.
The heating installation independent work is provided by diesel engine. The circulation pump makes the inner liquid heating.
The installation is equipped with a special recovery appliance used for recovering of waste-gas heat that comes out of diesel engine exhaust pipe.
At its first stage the heating installation makes heating fluid circulate and heat the pump’s inner circuit.
Being heated up to 80-90 ^оС heating fluid comes to the outer heat generating set closed circuit. The shape and the size of the outer heating coil may vary according to the goals.
Diesel engine exhaust pipe equipped with spark arrestor.
Depending on coil length and size required by customer the heating installations can be manufactured with power packs output from 10 till 90 kW.

The “RVH-S” flexible storage tanks manufactured by company “Ecoservice Oil” are designed for temporary storage of oil and other oily fluids and water.

The flexible storage tanks “RVH-S” series are available in a range of sizes up to 200 m3. The “RVH-S” exterior casing is made of synthetics with two-sided polyurethane coating, which is perfectly resistant to oil, gasoline, mineral oil, sea water and ultraviolet influence.

Recommended areas of application of the “PVH-S” series tanks:

during the elimination of emergency oil / oil products spills;
as a reservoir for receiving and storing water;
as a reservoir for detergents when washing equipment under high pressure, etc.

The end ends of the tanks are equipped with corners made of galvanized steel with hinges for fixing the tank with guy wires.
The tank has a neck for loading and unloading. The connector type and throat diameter are set according to customer requirements. Along the perimeter of the canvas, special loops are welded, designed for ease of installation.

To avoid damaging of the exterior tank casing it is preliminary recommended to guard its underlying surface with protective foamed polyethylene layer (delivered together with equipment). To decrease the level of tank fluid evaporation, as well as to avoid the influence of rain and other precipitation, covering canopy is applied (delivered together with equipment).

The customer can choose the color of the external side.

Storage and operation ambient temperature recommended for the “RVH-S” series tanks should be within the range from -30°C to + 60°C.

The «RVH-P» floating tanks manufactured by company «Ecoservice Oil» are designed for temporary storage and towing of oil and other oily fluids and water. The floating tanks «RVH-P» series are available in a range of sizes up to 20m³.
The «RVH-P» series floating tanks are made of polymeric material. This material is perfectly resistant to oil, gasoline, sea water and ultraviolet influence. The customer can choose the color of the external side.
The front ends of the tanks have special fittings made of anodized aluminum and supposed for connecting some tanks in case of their combined towing. Every «RVH-P» series floating tank has the towing bridle. The «RVH-P» series floating tank has two connections used for filling and offloading. Also there is a small threaded connection for the navigation light on the top of the tank.
Floating tank also can be used on the ground to storage oil/oil pruducts. Storage and operation ambient temperature recommended for the «RVH-P» series tanks should be within the range from -30°C to + 60°C.

The “RVH-Сarcass” series quick-installed framed tanks manufactured by company «Ecoservice Oil» are designed for temporary storage of oil/petroleum products and other oily fluids and water.
Recommended range of application of the “RVH-Сarcass” series tanks:

oil/petroleum product outflow elimination;
fire extinguisher water reservoir;
detergent service tank applied for equipment washing under high pressure etc.

The “RVH-Сarcass” series tank framework is enforced by its sidewalls made of 6 mm thick water-resistant plywood that is sealed in the foamed polyethylene casing.
The “RVH-Сarcass” series tank exterior casing is made of two-sided PVC or PVC+ polyurethane coating polymer-tissue fabric. These materials are perfectly resistant to oil, gasoline, mineral oil, sea water and ultraviolet influence.
